All natural, whole grain brown rice flour. Our all natural BRF is 100% stone ground on a very fine setting. Brown rice flour is the main ingredient for PF-style cakes. The PF tek recipe is: 1 part brown rice flour, 2 parts fine vermiculite, 1 part H2O. Each bag of brown rice flour is 24 ounces.
